This is what you can expect from us:

• You will manage and coordinate our housekeeping team, which consists of two dedicated assistants, a reliable housekeeper and our motivated trainees.
• Together with your team, you will ensure that our guest rooms and public areas are always in top condition. You keep an eye on the performance of our external cleaning partner and guarantee the highest level of cleanliness and quality.
• The preparation of our VIP rooms is in your hands - you fulfill the wishes of our guests with passion and attention to detail.
• You keep an eye on costs and ensure efficient processes - we don't just work well, we work smart!
• Close cooperation with other departments is a matter of course for us. Together we achieve our goals and have a lot of fun in the process.
• Communication with suppliers and service providers works smoothly for you and you also have stock management under control - inventories and orders are in good hands with you.
• You love to pass on your knowledge and regularly train your team. Further training is very important to us!
• Duty rosters and vacation planning are up to you

What we want from you:

• You have completed training in the hotel industry and have sound experience in housekeeping.
• Have you already gained some management experience - perhaps as deputy manager? Perfect!
• You are characterized by a sense of responsibility, assertiveness and a keen eye for detail.
• You lead with heart and mind, communicate openly and focus on the further development of your team.
• Dealing with international guests is in your blood - you remain friendly and confident even in stressful situations.
• Do you speak German and English fluently, and other languages? A plus!
• You are proficient in the use of common computer programs and online tools for housekeeping.
