REMEMBER: Before applying, you must inform your direct supervisor and/or Hotel Director, and your HR manager of your interest in participating in the internal selection process. Your line manager will not have the authority to authorize or halt your application, but must be properly informed.

 

Your Tasks:

  • Looking after our national and international VIP and regular guests
  • Organization of VIP treatments
  • Detailed knowledge of the hotel's range of offers and all possibilities to meet the guests' wishes

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed training in the hotel industry or comparable, preferably in the upscale hotel industry, preferably supplemented by an additional business management/commercial qualification
  • you would like to have relevant experience in a responsible position in the area of customer / guest experience, ideally gained in the hotel / travel / service industry
  • a warm, friendly, charming host personality with a strong service orientation and service mentality
  • Assertiveness, strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility and quality awareness
  • Economic thinking combined with a “sense for beauty”
  • Distinct intercultural competence
  • very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Spanish and/or other foreign languages is an advantage
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Opera PMS an advantage
