REMEMBER: Before applying, you must inform your direct supervisor and/or Hotel Director, and your HR manager of your interest in participating in the internal selection process. Your line manager will not have the authority to authorize or halt your application, but must be properly informed.

Your task:

• Maintaining good guest contact
• Constant quality assurance throughout the property
• Very good co-operation with the technical department and reception
• Close cooperation with the external cleaning company and invoicing of the service
• Spot checks in the rooms
• Carrying out the turndown service
• Organising and carrying out rotas
• Training and supervision of trainees
• Checking the decoration in all areas
• Managing the laundry, lost property and uniforms

Your profil:

• Completed training in the hotel or tourism industry desirable
• Experience in the hotel industry, room cleaning 
• Good eye for detail
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Ability to work under pressure and organisational talent
• Host mentality
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good knowledge of German and English
