Your Tasks:

• The main focus of the job is in the banquet kitchen; this includes the preparation and provision of coffee breaks, the preparation and supervision of buffets and snacks as well as other mise en place activities.
• Support in the breakfast kitchen as required: setting up and supervising the breakfast buffet, preparing hot dishes during breakfast time, subsequent mise en place.
• Supporting the kitchen management in the development of creative and innovative buffet and break standards.
• Compliance with quality, service and hygiene standards
• Guidance of trainees
• Receiving goods and stock keeping

Your profil:

• Completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
• Initial professional experience, preferably also in the banquet kitchen and in the breakfast area of a 4-star hotel
• A high degree of creativity and innovation
• Very good knowledge of hygiene regulations and food safety
• Ability to work in a team & organizational skills
• Quality awareness
• Good knowledge of German and/or English
