We are looking for Assistant Barman/Barlady - Tenuta di Artimino Member of Melià Collection

Seasonal Job – April to October

 

Job Summary: Assist in the preparation and service of drinks and cocktails for bar customers, adhering to operational standards and service manuals, and ensuring the proper management of the bar and work area. 

 

What will I be doing?

  • Assist the Bartender in preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant guests.
  • Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and serving drinks and snacks.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of cocktails, following recipes and brand standards.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory, ensuring all products and utensils are clean, organized, and ready for service.
  • Keep the bar area tidy, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
  • Check and maintain the correct setup, lighting, music, and overall ambiance of the bar area.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties according to the outlet checklist.
  • Stay guest-focused, anticipate needs, and contribute to creating an excellent and memorable guest experience.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Barback, Assistant Bartender, or Barista in a similar environment.
  • Genuine passion for hospitality and beverage service.
  • Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to learn and grow within the role.
  • Fluent in Italian and English;
