Job Summary: To manage properly all the activities related to F&B department – Breakfast Service
What will I be doing?
As Breakfast Supervisor, you are responsible for the smooth and efficient execution of the breakfast service, ensuring high quality standards, guest satisfaction and effective team coordination. You act as a reference point for the breakfast team and support the F&B management in daily operations.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Operational management: Organization and supervision of daily breakfast operations; staff scheduling according to occupancy and service needs; coordination of service flow during peak hours.
• Quality and service standards: Ensuring correct setup, replenishment and presentation of buffet and service areas in line with brand standards, HACCP regulations and hotel procedures.
• People supervision: Training, guiding and motivating the breakfast team; conducting daily briefings; monitoring performance and service etiquette.
• Guest experience: Welcoming guests, ensuring a personalized and high-quality breakfast experience; handling complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
• Communication and coordination: Ensuring effective communication between kitchen and service staff; supporting F&B management with operational feedback.
• Cost and waste control: Monitoring food consumption and minimizing waste during breakfast service.
What are we looking for?
• Previous experience in a similar role within hotel or hospitality environments.
• Good knowledge of breakfast operations and buffet service.
• Very good understanding of HACCP standards and food safety regulations.
• Strong guest-oriented mindset and service attitude.
• Leadership skills and ability to motivate and coordinate a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak service times.
• Good communication skills; knowledge of English is required, additional languages are an asset.
• Professional attitude, attention to detail and quality focus.
