Mission:A Breakfast Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable breakfast experience for guests. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this position:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee Breakfast Service: Manage the daily operations of the breakfast service, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and support front-of-house staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Guest Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any issues or special requests promptly.
- Inventory Management: Ensure the breakfast buffet is well-stocked and items are replenished throughout the service.
- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations in the breakfast area.
- Administrative Duties: Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, particularly in food and beverage service.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. English language is a must.
- Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to handle guest complaints professionally.
- Flexibility: Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
