Durres, on the Albanian coast of the Adriatic Sea, is the second largest city in Albania and its beach is the most visited in the country.

What will you have to do?

• Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• To ensure that all guests receive warm, memorable and personalized assistance during the night duty hours.
• Setting the scene for their stay, ensuring that guest needs are anticipated and any requests are actioned. Additionally, complete tasks accurately and within given deadlines. 
•  Ensure the hotel remains safe throughout the night while providing support to the hotel team, carrying out additional Maintenance, F&B and HSK roles.
• Deal with complaints quickly and efficiently, find suitable solutions to any problems that may arise, and communicate issues immediately to management

• Understand the impact of their job on the overall guest experience, safety, and security of the hotel operation.
