We are seeking an outstanding Cluster Director of Sales to lead the commercial performance of a portfolio of hotels within the Meliá Vinpearl Central Region (Đà Nẵng, Huế, Quảng Bình). This is a key executive leadership position reporting directly to the Cluster General Manager.

 

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the regional sales strategy to maximize market penetration, revenue, and ADR performance
  • Lead, motivate, and develop multi-property sales teams
  • Strengthen business partnerships with existing travel partners, corporate accounts, and strategic agencies
  • Drive targeted initiatives for high-value segments including the Korean market, domestic Vietnamese market, regional APAC, and long-stay sectors
  • Oversee sales performance reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning
  • Work closely with Revenue, Distribution, and Marketing to optimize positioning and channel mix

 

🔹 Candidate Profile Requirements

✔ Proven sales leadership experience in international hotel chains or global hospitality brands
✔ Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role (DOSM / Cluster DOS / Commercial Director)
✔ Deep practical understanding of the local Vietnamese market and Korean market dynamics
✔ Demonstrated success in building strong commercial networks with Korean wholesalers, OTAs, agents, and corporate accounts
✔ Track record of driving revenue growth for large-scale properties or clusters
✔ Strong analytical mindset with a strategic-business-development approach
✔ Proven people leadership capability, coaching style, and performance-driven mentality
✔ Excellent communication skills in English; Korean or Vietnamese language skills highly advantageous
