Mission:
- Directs all aspects of secretarial work in the Resort, maintains the executive office and all matters relating to executive administration in a confidential, professional manner
- Provides efficient and comprehensive secretarial services to Executive members.
Main responsibilities:
1. Reports directly to and communicates with General Manager on all administrative matters
2. Maintains the utmost confidentiality and discretion when handling business affairs
3. Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Department Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries as appropriate
4. Day-to-day secretarial work to include typing, filing, faxes and telephone etc.
5. Distribution of memos, letters and other information etc.
6. Arranging internal / external appointments
7. Handling reservation as requested
8. Translating incoming letters, documents, articles by request
9. Provides pertinent information on socio-political matters
10. Stores and keeps all confidential information
11. Prepares monthly operational results for meetings with other hotels
12. Takes minutes of Department Heads /Ex.Com meeting as requested
13. To perform other tasks assigned by General Manager.
Main requirements:
- University/ College Degree is an advantage
- Fluent English and Vietnamese in both speaking and writing
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Attentive in all details
- Good communications and writing skills
- 2 years in a similar position in large hotels or international companies
- 1 year in the company in similar position in large hotels
