We are looking for Human Resources Manager - Melia Danang Beach Resort

Mission:
In charge of the Human Resources Department and reporting directly to the General Manager of the Hotel, the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for building up the HR department and the HR policies of the hotel, from the Selection, Recruitment, Training and Development to the Personnel Administration, in order to achieve the business objectives, according to local labor law and following Melia Hotels International HR policies. The Human Resources Manager will promote a good working environment, working to maintain the highest level of employee satisfaction.

What will you have to do?
•    To recruit and select all key positions and to oversee and manage recruitment, selection and the hiring process of staff in order to fill successfully the vacancies.
•    To provide recruitment and general staff information, statistics and Human Resources Reports to the General Manager and Head Office.
•    To manage all kinds of recruiting channels and maintain good relationship with local universities/colleges to promote the hotel Employer Brand Awareness.
•    To be directly involved in the following functional areas: disciplinary, staff matters, terms and conditions of employment, absence, redundancies, HR realted counselling and welfare.
•    To supervise the headcount within the organization, making sure it is in line with the business requirements and with the manning budget. To work out a feasible plan to improve the work productivity and ensure a high performance structure in place.
•    To oversee the design and evaluation of Training solutions to organizational, departmental and individual problems, using internal and external Training resources. To coordinate in-house Training programs.
•    To promote a culture of Development in the Hotel for all the employees with High Potential.
•    To supervise the design, follow-up and evaluation of Talent Development Plans.
•    To prepare and manage budgets for Recruitment, Training and Development.
•    To watch over the right implementation of the legal dispositions and regulations about security and hygiene in the working areas, with the aim to maintain a safe environment and avoid accidents.

What are we looking for?
•    At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar position for 4*/5* Hotels.
•    University Degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Law, Business Administration or equivalent.
•    Very good knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Work relations and local Labor Law.
•    Outstanding know-how in the Recruitment, Selection, Training and Talent Development areas.
•    Fluent English and native Vietnamese 
•    Strong leadership and team development skills.
