• Minimum 3-5 years experience managing supply chain operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration
• Experience using supply chain management software and tools
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms
• Management and leadership skills
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional computer skills, including Microsoft Office and databases
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Reviewing existing contracts and good price lists with Assist. purchasing manager to ensure on-going feasibility.
• Develop menu costing, set prices, and establish mark-ups for F&B & wellness items.
• Expect unfavourable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies
• Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements along with Assist. Purchasing Manager.
• Monitor F&B income and expenses in all the outlets with daily sales reports, discounts, voids, requisitions, and consumptions.
• Monitor Wellness income and expenses in all the outlets with daily sales reports, discounts, voids, requisitions, and consumptions.
• Prepare costing of all F&B menus, set prices and mark-ups.
• Prepare costing of all Wellness menus, set prices and mark-ups.
• Maintain a clean database in the POS (Menu options) for all the outlets.
• Work closely with storekeeper/ receiving as a team and support each other for the process of recording invoices and departmental transactions.
• Prepare ABC cost analysis, Dead & slowing moving items report and report to F&B manager and Finance Manager.
• Monitor Weekly/Monthly FOC stock and spoilage reports.
• Maintain a clean database of Frequent guest information for F&B and Wellness.
• Conduct cost analyses and prepare reports, including Events P&L Statement.
• Monitor F&B Costs, Other department expenses; analyze and control.
• Prepare daily/Weekly flash food cost report and conduct spot check in the outlets.
• Prepare monthly/annual F&B forecasts report and track metrics to optimize costs and efficiency.
• Conduct monthly inventory closing of direct F&B and other department cost and prepare the report with cost analysis report for the deviations.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (These responsibilities are mandatory to all positions)
• To attend all departmental meetings, briefings & internal or external training sessions as required.
• Establishes and maintains an inclusive environment by ensuring effective two ways communication processes are set up.
