  • Mission: Ensures the profitability of the food and beverage area in the hotel, through the planning and execution of product, service and management of human teams strategies in the kitchen and food and beverage outlets.
  • What will you have to do?
  • Implementation of the company's F&B methodology. (products, orders, service standards, SOPs).
  • P&L management and control and compliance with KPIs and budget.
  • Implementation of F&B strategy based on packaged ready-to-eat fresh and prepared foods
  • Implementation of standards.
  • Management and control of staff according to occupation,
  • Daily monitoring of costs and revenues.
  • Control of personnel-related KPIs. Productivity level, ratios in breakfast room, bar, restaurant, events
  • Control and monitoring of KPIs in the F&B area.
  • Manages their area, verifies cost allocation through USALI, controls budget, inventory, reviews costs and monitors compliance with corporate administration and purchasing policies.
  •  Follow-up of comments on social media, Review pro, follow-up and production of action plans.
  •  Control of HACCP.
  • Ensure all teams are aware of the procedures in the different outlets.
  • Ensure presentation format and service following implementation standards.
  • Creation of action plans for their hotel, to implement new methodology.
  • Control of the department’s KPIs, cost of raw materials, personnel, order tracking.
  • Control of personnel-related KPIs. Productivity level, ratios in breakfast room, bar, restaurant, events
  • Analysis of the services (breakfast, restaurant covers, dinner, room service and events) planned weekly/fortnightly with the managers.
  • Ensure that orders are placed well in advance.
  • Control of the beverage area, as well as the adaptation of the service based on customer requirements, maximising results.
  • Confirm staffing for service (waiter ratios)
  • Action plans with corrective measures
  • Periodic meetings with the services planned on the basis of upcoming events with the related departments (sales, kitchen, reception).
  • Coordination with the kitchen and dining room of the events to be held.
  • What are we looking for?
  • University degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality, or similar
  • English language is mandatory, albanian language is preferable.
  •  Knowledge of the kitchen area.
  • Knowledge of REVO, and POS management.
  • Advanced command of the Office 365 package
  • Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Ability to work in a team, service orientation, quality and professionalism, global and strategic vision and communication and influence as key competencies.
  • Creativity and innovation
  • At least 1 year’s experience as Restaurant Manager or leading teams
