Mission:

The Business Partner will play a crucial role in optimizing the financial performance and operational efficiency of Meliá Durres. This position involves analyzing P&L statements, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities for improvement to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

 

What Will You Have to Do?

  • Supervise the Administration and Dry Storage areas, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and manage departmental budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee supplier contracts, assist with internal and external audits, and ensure robust internal controls.
  • Analyze investment requests and monitor project budgets to ensure adherence to financial commitments.
  • Collaborate on training and development initiatives, participate in recruitment, and enhance the overall guest experience.

 

What Are We Looking For?

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Languages: Proficient in Albanian and advanced English.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
