Job Mission

As a Guest Experience (GEX) Coordinator Intern, you will be at the heart of our guest journey, ensuring every interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence. Your mission is to support the GEX team in delivering personalized experiences, handling guest requests, and maintaining high standards of service that enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in Guest Relations
    Welcome guests, provide information about hotel services, and ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally.

  • Support Personalized Experiences
    Help coordinate special requests, celebrations, and tailor-made services that create memorable stays.

  • Manage Guest Feedback
    Collect and analyze guest feedback, assist in resolving issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Coordinate with Departments
    Work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain Brand Standards
    Ensure all guest interactions reflect Meliá’s values of warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

  • Learn and Grow
    Gain hands-on experience in guest experience management and understand the dynamics of luxury hospitality operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Education: Currently enrolled in Hospitality, Tourism, or related studies.
  • Passion for Service: Genuine interest in creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and language skills (English required; additional languages are a plus).
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Attitude: Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
