🎯 Job Mission

As Maintenance Manager, your mission is to ensure the proper functioning and safety of all hotel facilities, compliance with technical and legal standards, and efficient management of maintenance and energy resources ⚡. You will play a key role in optimizing operational performance, reducing risks, and supporting sustainability initiatives, directly contributing to guest satisfaction and the hotel’s success.

💼 What You Will Do

  1. 🛠️ Preventive & Corrective Maintenance

    • Coordinate and supervise the Preventive Maintenance Plan.
    • Assign and prioritize corrective maintenance tasks to ensure operational continuity.

  2. ✅ Compliance & Safety

    • Guarantee compliance with technical, legal, and health regulations (OHS, HACCP).
    • Act as a Preventative Resource for risk-related activities and coordinate with external companies.

  3. 📊 Energy & Environmental Management

    • Monitor energy and environmental indicators daily.
    • Implement company policies and projects to optimize energy use and sustainability.

  4. 📦 Inventory & Procurement

    • Control material stocks and authorize purchases of technical products.
    • Ensure proper use and expenditure of materials.

  5. 🏗️ Project & Investment Oversight

    • Analyze and prioritize investment requests for Risks AIP and SAVE.
    • Manage small-scale projects and supervise external contractors when needed.

  6. 📈 Financial & Reporting Responsibilities

    • Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and P&L.
    • Report deviations, propose corrective measures, and ensure compliance with company standards.

🔍 What We Are Looking For

🎓 Education & Training

  • Degree in Engineering, Technical Maintenance, or related fields.

🗣️ Languages

  • Fluency in the local language and advanced English.
  • A third language is a plus.

Specific Knowledge & Skills

  • Expertise in building systems, energy management, and preventive maintenance.
  • Knowledge of HACCP, OHS, and sustainability practices.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in maintenance management tools and Office 365.
  • Ability to manage budgets and optimize resources.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role in hospitality or facility management.
