Mission
As a Payroll Coordinator at Meliá Durrës, your primary mission is to implement personnel administration in accordance with Melia Hotels International policies and procedures. Your role is vital in ensuring efficient compliance with labor obligations, thereby contributing to the smooth operation and success of our hotel.
What will you have to do?

Introduce data in the personnel administration tool regarding contract changes for employees (new staff, reinstatements, dismissals, extensions, data changes, organizational changes).

Verify the correct implementation of measures in the system.

Enter and control monthly payroll supplements, including amounts withheld for judicial reasons.

Implement modifications in employee profiles (relatives and dependents, functional diversity, bank accounts, addresses) with appropriate supporting documentation.

Entry and control of absences with supporting documentation.

Maintain files in good order following the defined organizational methodology.

Control the signature of documentation by employees (employment contracts, personal income tax documentation, data protection, redundancy payments).

Implement the transfer of payroll annexes and/or redundancy payments following defined procedures.

Attend and respond to requests from employees regarding personnel administration.

Coordinate and ensure, the correct registration of hours worked by employees according to local legislation and control systems available in hotel.
What are we looking for?

Degree in Finance or similar.

Proficiency in the Albanian and advanced English.

Knowledge and application of the Labour Code.

Social Security Law Application (Contracts, Payroll, Severance pay).

Occupational Risk Prevention Legislation.

Management of human, financial, and material resources.

Knowledge of SAP Success Factor.

Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Knowledge of hotel operations.
-
Minimum of 3 years in a similar position.
