  • Mission: Responsible together with the Executive Chef for the implementation of centralised kitchen procedures of the italian restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards, adapting operations to the hotel team, maintaining product and service quality levels and complying with HACCP requirements (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and company sustainability commitments
  • What will you have to do?
  • Assists in the implementation of the company kitchen strategy of restaurant italian,rules and procedures (products, orders, service standards) in the hotel.
  • Assists in providing support in the implementation of F&B tools: Operational guides, recipes, production sheets, shopping product listings.
  • Identifies and proposes improvements to optimise efficiency in hotel kitchen of restaurant italian.
  • Ensures consistency and the highest quality in the taste, presentation and appropriate temperature of the food served in the italian restaurant.       
  • Assists in the planning of the restaurant menus (menu rotation) together with the Executive Chef.
  • Participates in daily briefings to be aware of the hotel situation, in follow-up meetings on service orders to ensure that events occur as planned and in the monthly hotel meetings with updated results for the F&B Department
  • Supervises the preparation of orders based on service needs (breakfasts, covers, service orders) for the restaurant.
  • Supervises the preparation of dishes in the kitchen and coordination with service staff for the service of dishes and start of the service.
  • What are we looking for?
  •  University degree and/or higher in Tourism; Gastronomy/Culinary training and training to keep up to date with trends in the area is an asset.
  • English language is mandatory, albanian language is preferable.
  • Knowledge of food handling, hygiene and food safety.
  • Knowledge in the use of management tools 
  • Up to date with kitchen trends.
  • Proficient in Office package and tools related to the position.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations.
  • Orientation towards results and economic goals set by the company.
  • Proactivity for excellence and high capacity in planning and organisation.
