REPORTS TO: Entertainer Supervisor

OPERATIONS (include but are not limited to):
- Lead and deliver a range of sports, wellness, and artistic programs in alignment with established standards, including poolside activities (both in and out of the pool).
- Assist in the development and execution of specialized programs, including those tailored for children, teenagers, families, and special events, as needed.
- Implement services according to predefined standards and protocols, ensuring the coordination of necessary resources to achieve excellence in delivery.
- Maintain work areas to the highest standards, ensuring they are ready for use and properly tidied after each session.
- Monitor and manage inventory of materials required for programs, ensuring proper usage in accordance with protocols, and proactively request replenishments when necessary.
- Place material orders in adherence to established guidelines, optimizing resources to achieve cost-efficiency.
- Uphold the brand's philosophy, adhering to all operational standards, manuals, and identity guidelines within your department.
- Enhance the customer experience by anticipating needs, personalizing guest interactions, and exceeding expectations throughout their stay.
- Address customer concerns promptly, communicating resolutions to your manager. Escalate issues to your manager when a resolution is not immediately possible.
- Execute the Voice of the Customer objectives, ensuring that actions align with customer satisfaction goals.
- Collaborate with your manager to implement sensory architecture within designated areas, enhancing the overall environment.
- Promote the hotel’s amenities, services, and event offerings, ensuring guests are informed and engaged with available experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hotel entertainment is required.
- Authorization to work legally in the United States is a must.
- Familiarity with local attractions and transportation options is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays, is required.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly being required to stand, walk, and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone. The employee is required to use body members, hand tools, and/or special devices to work, move, or carry objects or materials. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10-25 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Requires walking, standing and/or sitting; and to a significant degree, reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, seeing.
