We are looking for E-Commerce Manager & Reservation Manager - Melia Ba Vi Mountain Retreat (Hanoi)
Mission:
The E-Commerce & Reservation Manager at Meliá Ba Vì Mountain Retreat plays a crucial role in maximizing online revenue, optimizing booking processes, and enhancing guest experience. This position is responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing online distribution channels, and ensuring smooth reservation operations to drive business growth.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and direct bookings.
- Manage online distribution channels, OTAs, brand website, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Optimize pricing and promotions to drive revenue and occupancy.
- Oversee the reservations team to ensure efficient booking processes and excellent guest service.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and guest booking behavior.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue management teams to enhance performance.
- Conduct weekly site visits to Meliá Ba Vì to ensure smooth operations and alignment with teams.
Main requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce, reservations, or revenue management in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of online booking platforms, OTAs, and digital marketing strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel booking systems and revenue management tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to Meliá Ba Vì weekly for on-site visits, business review meeting.
