Dans le cadre de son développement, Melia Hôtels International a ouvert en février 2015 son 6ème hôtel français en plein cœur du quartier des affaires de La Défense.
Cet Hôtel contemporain 4 étoiles de 364 chambres et de 19 étages offre à ses clients un espace convention, un Fitness center, 2 restaurants, et un bar situé au dernier étage le SKYLINE, avec vues panoramiques sur Paris.

L'équipe de Restauration de l'Hôtel Melia Paris la Défense est à la recherche d'un Hôte d'accueil H/F.

Sous la responsabilité du maitre d'hôtel, vous devez contribuer de façon globale à la satisfaction de la clientèle par la qualité de votre travail et l’exemplarité de votre comportement.

Missions principales :

• Accueillir de façon chaleureuse et personnalisée le client
• Etre attentif aux remarques des clients et offrir un service adapté
• Véhiculer l’image de l’hôtel
• Adopter une attitude ouverte et souriante
• Etre garant de la satisfaction des clients à leur arrivée, au moment de les installer et à leur départ
• Vérifier si le PDJ est inclus à l’aide des listings
• Expliquer la facturation si PDJ non inclus
• Comptabilisation des PDJ par tranche horaire
• Ouvrir le Reflet suivant l’affluence et l’occupation du Miroir et le communiquer au MDH
• Nettoyage de la machine a café
• Préparation des consoles d’accueil
• Prendre les manteaux si nécessaires
• Aider au service si nécessaire : run, faire les cafés

Profil recherché :

• Très bon niveau d’anglais. La connaissance d’une seconde langue est souhaitable
• Connaissance d'Opéra et MICROS
• 1 an d’expérience dans un poste équivalent

Rémunération : à partir de 1 929,00€ par mois
