We are looking for Assistant Marketing Manager - Kobi Onsen Hue Resort Affiliated by Melia (based in Ho Chi Minh city)
Mission:
The Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing at KOBI Onsen Resort supports the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives that align with the resort’s branding, positioning, and revenue goals. This role involves working closely with the DOSM and other key departments to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of campaigns, both online and offline, that enhance the resort's market presence and guest engagement.
Main responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, revenue growth, and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, digital advertising, email, print, and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to recommend strategies for improvement.
Content Creation & Branding
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the resort’s brand identity and voice.
• Support the production of promotional materials, including brochures, videos, press releases, and newsletters.
• Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to Meliá’s corporate branding guidelines.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
• Manage and monitor the resort’s online presence, including its website and social media channels, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized.
• Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and generate reports to evaluate the success of campaigns, suggesting improvements where necessary.
• Collaborate with agencies or freelancers for SEO/SEM, PPC, and other digital advertising efforts.
Event Management
• Assist in organizing and promoting resort events, campaigns, and partnerships to enhance guest experiences and drive traffic.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of events.
Team Collaboration & Coordination
• Work closely with the Sales, Reservations, and Operations teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior team members or interns as required.
Main requirements:
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and trends in the hospitality sector.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
