Mission:

The Property Director will have full responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of this luxury residential community in Ho Chi Minh City comprising 121 villas, for which Melia Hotels International provides advisory services to the property management company. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of property management, including operations, engineering, finance, compliance, resident relations, people leadership and service excellence, ensuring the community is managed to the highest luxury international standards while delivering an outstanding resident experience and protecting the long-term value of the asset.

Key Responsibilities
•    Lead the day-to-day management and operation of the residential community, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. 
•    Oversee all property services, including engineering, maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping and other outsourced contractors. 
•    Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and health & safety requirements. 
•    Manage budgets, financial performance, service charge collection and operational reporting. 
•    Lead, develop and inspire the property management team, fostering a high-performance and customer-oriented culture. 
•    Build strong relationships with residents, owners, the Management Committee and the developer, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues. 
•    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident experience, operational performance and asset value. 
•    Develop and implement risk management, emergency response and business continuity plans to ensure a safe and secure environment. 

Requirements 
•    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Engineering or a related field. 
•    Minimum 8–10 years of progressive management experience in luxury property management, branded residences, hospitality, mixed-use developments or premium residential communities. 
•    At least 3–5 years in a senior leadership position with operational responsibility. 
•    Strong leadership and people development skills. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and outsourced service providers. 
•    Experience dealing with owners, homeowners' associations, management committees or developers is highly desirable. 
•    Previous experience with luxury brands or international companies is an advantage. 
•    Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken). Good Vietnamese language skills.
