We are looking for E-Commerce Manager - Gran Melia Jakarta
Mission:
The E Commerce Manager is responsible to drive the growth and success of the company's online sales channels by delivering exceptional customer experiences, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
This role focuses on leveraging technology, data insights, and innovative strategies to Increase Online Revenue, Enhance Customer Experience, Streamline Operations, Stay Ahead of Market Trends, Build a Strong Brand Presence. The E-Commerce Manager is committed to delivering measurable results that align with the company's vision and long-term goals, ultimately contributing to its overall growth and success.
What will I have to do?
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve revenue targets.
2. Manage and optimize the company’s eCommerce platform, ensuring an excellent user experience.
3. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media ads.
4. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales.
5. Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory management.
6. Collaborate with marketing, IT, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
7. Identify trends, evaluate competitors, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
8. Manage customer engagement and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
9. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and implement secure payment systems.
What are we looking for?
• Proven work experience as a E Commerce & Digital Marketing at 4*/5* International Chain hotel min. 2 years
• Excellent in Digital Sales and Marketing Channel/Online Distribution production locally and internationally
• Fresh thinking and innovation
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to plan, multitask and manage time effectively
• Good proficiency of English verbal and written.
• Ability to improve the business by making recommendations & suggestions according to the market
• Good Computer and database skills
• Hard work, highly loyalty, discipline, and team work player
• Results and service oriented with an eye for detailed
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to different environments and cultures
• Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Economic, or relevant field
