Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure RedLevel guest rooms are prepared according to preferences and special requests before arrival.
  • Prepare key cards, registration cards, guarantee letters, and other check-in documents.
  • Welcome, escort, and bid farewell to guests in coordination with the Guest Experience team.
  • Monitor room readiness closely with Housekeeping and inspect arrival rooms using a checklist.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures, including escorting guests to and from their rooms.
  • Arrange personalized guest experiences for special occasions, VIPs, and guest concerns.
  • Provide hotel information, assist with guest queries, and promote hotel services and facilities.
  • Handle travel, dining, and meeting room reservations, as well as guest administrative support.
  • Maintain guest accounts, bills, reports, profiles, and cash handling accurately.
  • Deliver food and beverage services in the RedLevel Lounge, including breakfast, high tea, and cocktails.
  • Ensure lounge cleanliness, table setup, stock availability, and service standards are consistently maintained.
  • Build strong guest relationships, gather feedback, and resolve minor complaints professionally.
  • Support Butler Service when required, especially for VVIP or dignitary guests.
  • Attend daily briefings and training sessions, and carry out other duties assigned by management.
