We are looking for Learning & Talent Development Manager - Gran Melia Jakarta

 

Mission:

Lead the Learning & Talent Development Manager role in their hotel group, according to the competencies of their position and following the company's policies, processes and tools, and always with the focus on guaranteeing a good experience for associates and candidates. As Learning & Talent Development Manager, your mission is to coordinate and manage the implementation of hotel training in line with Hotel Policy Procedure Develop and maintain training resources and implement systems that promote growth and development and ensure we deliver the promise to all stake holders

Main responsibilities:

1.    Ability to adjust learning strategies to meet changing organizational needs.
2.    Strong ability to work across departments and with senior management.
3.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
4.    Knowledge to develop and execute strategies to enhance employee skills, leadership capabilities, and organizational performance.
5.    Learning program creation for Design, implement, and continuously improve learning programs, including onboarding, soft skills, technical skills, and leadership development.
6.    Performance management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, and ensure alignment with development initiatives.
7.    Partner with senior leaders, department heads, and HR to understand the business objectives and align L&D initiatives accordingly.
8.    Use data to track the effectiveness of learning initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders on progress and ROI.
9.    Strong presentation, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
10.    Knowledge of the latest training methods trends
11.    Advanced command of the Office 365 package 
12.    Knowledge of hotel operations.
13.    Ability to work in a team, service and quality oriented, professionalism, global and strategic vision and communication and influence as key competencies. Creativity and innovation.

 

Main requirements:

•    4 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a similar role.
•    Proven experience in creating and implementing training programs at all levels (including leadership development).
•    Experience in talent management processes like succession planning, performance management, and competency development.
•    Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
