We are looking for Restaurant Manager - Gran Melia Jakarta ( Chinese restaurant)

 

Mission:

Restaurant Manager mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all Restaurant aspects of the hotel, with the ultimate goal of providing an exceptional guest experience. The Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing Restaurant departments and processes within the hotel to maintain high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Restaurant Manage ring has to orchestrate all Restaurant elements harmoniously, ensuring an impeccable guest experience while maintaining the hotel's reputation for luxury, elegance, and exceptional service. This involves overseeing departments, managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency

Main responsibilities:

1.    Communicates to Chef and FB Manager any issues regarding food quality and service levels. 
2.    Ensures compliance with all restaurant policies, standards and procedures. 
3.    Ensure good relationships are built with internal and external customers
4.    Ensure Team Members consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service
5.    Handle all customer inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
6.    Have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
7.    Ensure Team Members maximize all sales opportunities
8.    Accurately manage all transactions during service
9.    Manage Team Member schedules, stock, and wastage levels 
10.    Create an environment where everyone in the department and focus on “creating that special experience” to deliver exceptional customer service
 

Main requirements:

•    Familiarity with restaurant management software
•    Familiar with Chinese table set up & manner
•    Exposure to budgeting, basic accounting, and reporting skills
•    Good proficiency of Bahasa, English, and both verbal and written.
•    Fluently Mandarin speaking are advantages
•    Positive attitude, good communication, and team management abilities
•    Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service 
•    Very organized and eye for details Service oriented
•    Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of employees
•    Availability to work within 24/7
