Job Mission:
Sales Manager mission is to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of all Sales aspects of the hotel, with the ultimate goal of providing an exceptional guest experience. The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing Sales departments and processes within the hotel to maintain high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Sales Manager has to orchestrate all Sales elements harmoniously, ensuring an impeccable guest experience while maintaining the hotel's reputation for luxury, elegance, and exceptional service. This involves overseeing departments, managing staff, optimizing processes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency especially for the corporate Chinese market
What will I have to do?
- Manage and maintain existing accounts within the China market, including Corporate clients, Embassies, and Travel Agents.
- Drive growth in the China market by acquiring new accounts and generating increased room nights and total revenue.
- Maximize revenue through the effective conversion of corporate sales leads, group bookings, and meeting packages.
- Oversee and support all operational aspects of confirmed business, including client appointments, proposals, contracts, reports, invoicing, and follow-up communication.
- Represent the hotel on business trips to China (minimum 1–2 trips per year) to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with key internal departments such as F&B, Finance and Front Office to ensure flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written); native speakers preferred.
• Strong sales acumen with a confident and professional presence.
• Well-presented with a polished and business-oriented demeanor
• Adaptable, collaborative, and highly motivated to achieve targets.
• Prior experience in a 5-star international hotel chain, particularly in Asia or China, is an advantage.
• Open to considering candidates for higher-level positions based on experience and qualifications.
