We are looking for Sales Manager (Corporate) - Gran Melia Jakarta

 

Mission:

The Sales (for Corporate Market) Responsible for complying with the budget of hotels in their designated segment or geographical areas with a vision of the area of origin business. Capture, develop and retain those accounts and carry out the actions established in the sales action plan to achieve and exceed the quantitative and qualitative objectives defined in the hotel's Business Plan

 

 What will I have to do?
•    Achieve and surpass all predetermined financial targets set forth within the department.
•    Consistently exceed guest expectations by maintaining superior product standards, fostering staff productivity, and enhancing Gran Melia Jakarta's reputation among customers.
•    Foster and fortify relationships with both existing and potential corporate accounts.
•    Actively engage in sales calls, either independently or with team members, to maintain, enhance, or secure new business opportunities both domestically and internationally.
•    Execute and oversee the operational aspects of booked business, including scheduling appointments, corresponding with customers, creating proposals, drafting contracts, and compiling reports.


What are we looking for?
1.    Knowledge of the Jakarta corporate market, including MICE and FIT demand, is highly desirable.
2.    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
3.    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
4.    Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
5.    Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
6.    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7.    Proven working experience as a Sales professional for the Corporate Market.
8.    Strong negotiation and communication skills.
9.    Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
10.    Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
