Mission:

We are thrilled to launch soon in May our new restaurant who’s revolves around a fusion of traditional Spanish flavours with modern techniques, emphasizing high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.  It prioritizes transparency and interaction, often featuring open kitchens where diners can observe the culinary process. Our approach creates immersive dining experiences that blend innovative gastronomy with warm hospitality and elegant, thoughtfully designed spaces.

Our new restaurant is an upcoming restaurant with a vision to celebrate the rich and diverse flavours of Spanish cuisine. Our mission is to provide an unforgettable dining experience by blending authentic Spanish traditions with contemporary culinary techniques. 
We are seeking a passionate and talented Spanish Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring our concept to life.
 

What will I have to do?
1.    Develop and execute a menu that showcases the essence of Spanish gastronomy.
2.    Prepare traditional and modern Spanish dishes with a focus on quality and authenticity.
3.    Source and select premium ingredients, including Spanish specialties.
4.    Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards.
5.    Ensure consistency, food safety, and hygiene in all kitchen operations.
6.    Collaborate with the management team to create seasonal specials and events.

What are we looking for?
1.    Proven experience as a Spanish Chef or in a similar role within a premium restaurant
2.    In-depth knowledge of Spanish cuisine, including tapas, paella, and regional specialties.
3.    Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus.
4.    Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for excellence.
5.    Strong leadership and team management skills.
6.    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
