We are looking for a Cluster Director Food & Beverage, Villa Le Corail, A Gran Melia Hotel & Melia Nha Trang

 

Mission:

Cluster Director of Food & Beverage will direct the food and beverage operations of the hotel to ensure the achievement of established food and beverage quality and guest service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goals. Ensure policy compliance, support the Company's initiatives, and promote a positive culture.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to the General Manager to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the establishment.
  • Develop and implement Food and Beverage promotions, strategies and special events in conjunction with the Executive Chef and the Director of Sales and Marketing.
  • Participate in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets (restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquets, etc.).
  • Ensure proper inventory management, purchasing, and stock control to avoid waste and shortages.
  • Develop and maintain effective systems for scheduling, training, and staff management
  • Optimize operational efficiencies while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Liaise with the Executive Chef on menu engineering and portion control, ensuring the highest food standard is achieved whilst selling at the correct prices.
  • Enhance the guest experience by ensuring service quality meets the highest standards.
  • Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

 

Main requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
  •  A minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers and employees in a manner that reflects highly on the hotel and its brand. This includes creating positive guest experience and maintaining high standards of hospitality. 
  • Strong proficiency in Sales & Marketing, particularly in the food and beverage field. Ability to drive revenue through strategic promotions, events, and partnerships.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate with guests, employees, and management, and to represent the brand professionally.
