Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and managing all culinary operations across designated properties in the cluster.
• Creating and innovating high-quality menus.
• Overseeing food preparation and presentation standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, training and mentoring culinary teams.
• Managing kitchen budgets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

  Qualifications

  • Expertise in high-quality culinary skills, menu development, and food presentation standards
  • Strong leadership, team management, and staff training abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen operations
  • Experience in budget management and cost control strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality is preferred
  • Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or relevant field
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
