Mission:
Primary objective is to lead, implement and monitor the Sales strategies to achieve and exceed hotel budget expectations

Main responsibilities:
• Report directly to the GM
• Develop the annual sales and marketing plan
• Responsible for driving commercial performance of the hotel
• Establish sales and marketing policies, procedures and objectives
• Prepare and manage budgets for the sales and marketing department
• Closely monitor developments in competitor hotels
• Track sales and marketing results
• Liaise with all customers locally and overseas, visit them personally and identify potential new clients
• Propose and coordinate promotional activities carried out by the sales and/or F&B department
• Initiate, prepare and participate in both national and international trade fairs, exhibitions, workshops, road shows, sales events, etc.
• Implement strategies to lead an effective sales team
• Identify, retain and develop talent within the team
• Understand, follow and communicate the company’s sales vision
Main requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification equivalent in Business Administration, Hotel management or related field.
• Excellent English skill in both writing and speaking
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a hospitality or hotel sales setting with direct supervisory experience over a sales team
• Similar position at another 5 hotels/resort of International chain.
• Strong negotiation & Excellent communication skills.
