Mission:
The Entertainment Manager is responsible for the department and is in charge of adapting, developing and supervising the departmental strategy established in the hotel, committing themselves to achieving excellence in customer satisfaction and optimising the economic and human resources under their responsibility.
Main Responsibilities:
• Define the different sports, wellbeing/wellness, children's and artistic programmes.
• Coordinate and supervise the correct and optimal implementation of the programmes.
• Supervise that the different programmes are carried out correctly, following the established standards, preparing improvement plans if necessary.
• Ensure that teams know and understand all departmental manuals, programmes and standards.
• Adapt the standards subject to the local customisation of the product.
• Negotiate with external suppliers following established product guidelines.
• Support in carrying out and approving material orders following the set product guidelines, for the best optimisation of economic resources.
• Ensure optimal inventory control of their department.
• Search and analyse information on the competitors to maintain the positioning of the department,
• Research and develop innovative plans and programmes that keep the department at the forefront.
• Coordinate, support the implementation and analyse the pilots in their area.
• Manage the hotel's seasonal closure and reopening processes.
Requirements:
• Education And Training: University degree, preferably Tourism or Hospitality, Marketing or similar.
• Languages: Fluent Vietnamese and advanced English.
• Specific knowledge:
o Knowledge of sport, wellbeing/wellness, children's and artistic programmes.
o Knowledge of hotel management tools.
o Advanced command of the Office 365 package
o Financial knowledge.
o Knowledge of hotel operations.
o Ability to lead and inspire a team.

• Experience:
o External: 3 years in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
o Internal: Minimum 2 years' experience in the entertainment department or other customer-facing department.
