We are looking for IT Manager - Melia Serenity Cam Ranh (pre-opening)
Mission:
Responsible for the smooth functioning of the IT Department and operations, including program development for both Front of House and Back Office, hardware maintenance for the main hotel computer system and personal computers, design and coordination of all IT functions, data storage and protection, and user equipment training.
Main responsibilities:
Establish and maintain an efficient IT system for the hotel, focusing on asset management and data protection.
Prepare and manage the annual IT budget in collaboration with the Hotel Business Partner.
Prioritize and organize tasks for effective program development.
Maintain departmental expenditures within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure secure file management, prevent unauthorized access, and implement data protection measures.
Train users on backup procedures and monitor compliance.
Assist with internal IT controls and monitor system interfacing to prevent revenue losses.
Organize user training in coordination with department heads and minimize operational interruptions.
Maintain relationships with suppliers for hardware and software needs.
Stay updated on new IT techniques and recommend system upgrades to management.
Establish a checklist for IT equipment maintenance.
Main requirements:
- University Degree of Information Technology
- Fluent Vietnamese and advanced English.
- IT system
- Knowledge of hotel management tools.
- Advanced command of the Office 365 package
- Knowledge of hotel operations.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.

- External: 3 years in a similar position in the hospitality industry.
