We are looking for Food & Beverage Director - Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc (Vietnam)

 

Mission:

Oversee the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department. Develop and implement F&B policies and procedures. Manage F&B staff and ensure they provide high-quality services. Ensure customer satisfaction and handle any complaints or issues. Monitor and manage F&B budgets and financial performance. Collaborate with marketing to promote the F&B services.

Main responsibilities:

- Overseeing all aspects of F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising F&B personnel to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Developing and managing budgets, monitoring revenue, and controlling costs.
- Ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Resolving issues promptly and implementing strategies to promote F&B services and increase revenue.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and overall hotel success.
 

Main requirements:

- Previous experience as an F&B Director or in a senior F&B management role in a high-volume environment.
- Deep knowledge of F&B operations, products, and services.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, and motivate F&B staff effectively.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, monitor revenue, and control costs.
- Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation standards in F&B operations.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Qualifications in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field are advantageous.
