FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

At Sol Beach House Phu Quoc, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, quality products, and passionate hospitality.

Mission

To lead and manage all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, effective cost control, team development, and compliance with company standards and procedures.

What will you do?

• Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.

• Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and operational expenses in line with business needs and budget targets.

• Monitor service quality, cleanliness, safety standards, and maintenance requirements across all outlets.

• Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.

• Support menu planning, promotions, and revenue-generating initiatives.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members through training, performance management, and regular communication.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to improve performance and profitability.

What are we looking for?

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage Manager position or similar role within an international hotel environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

• Good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, cost control, and guest service standards.

• Good command of spoken and written English.
