We are looking for Hotel Manager - Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc (Vietnam)
Mission:
Oversees the overall operations of Meliá Vinpearl Phu Quoc, ensuring exceptional service quality, operational excellence, and a consistently memorable guest experience. This role is responsible for driving daily operational performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining Meliá standards across all departments within a large-scale villa resort.
Main responsibilities:
-Provide strategic leadership and direction to all operational departments.
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and guest-focused day-to-day operations aligned with brand standards.
- Uphold and enhance service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Address guest needs, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and operational teams.
- Foster a collaborative, engaged, and high-performance work environment.
- Work closely with Finance to manage budgets, control costs, and improve productivity.
- Implement operational strategies to maximize revenue, efficiency, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, SOPs, safety, and quality assurance programs.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support resort-wide initiatives, events, and service enhancements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and guest-centric innovation.
Main requirements:
- Proven experience as Hotel Manager or Executive Assistant Manager in a 4–5★ resort.
- Strong background in resort operations, especially in large-scale properties with high guest volume.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team development skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, and industry trends.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with international hotel brands or luxury resorts is an advantage.
