Mission: As an Aura Host, you will be the face and heart of our guest experience. Working closely with the Aura Manager and Assistant Aura Manager, you will ensure that every moment of our guests’ journey exceeds expectations, creating unique and memorable experiences that define ME Lisbon. 

 

What will you have to do?

 

  • Deliver a personalized and seamless guest experience, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations.

  • Engage with guests proactively, using customer experience management tools to ensure excellence.

  • Monitor guest feedback (Voice of the Customer) and actively contribute to continuous improvement.

  • Handle guest incidents with professionalism, following established protocols.

  • Share your knowledge of Lisbon by recommending exclusive experiences, services, and products.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless service delivery.


What We Are Looking For?

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus).

  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • Passionate about quality service, attention to detail, and creating unforgettable guest moments.
