ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Lisbon, known for its modern design and excellent service. It offers a unique experience for both business and leisure travelers.
Your mission: Under the supervision of the Banquet Manager, the Banquet Supervisor oversees the banquet events and ensures that the banquet team complies with all service standards and department policies. Act as the single point of contact with the event host or meeting planner during the event function, ensuring continuous compliance with the highest standards.
What You Will Do
- Ensure the customer experience, personalising their experience, anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations

Oversee the banqueting's operations

Participate in the customers service

Oversee catering services operations, inside and outside the company

Participate in management of the team

Execute all instructions and work assigned to them by their immediate superior, as well as any responsibilities that their position requires

Participate in the results of HACCP audits (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and in the case of incidents, supervise the development and implementation of action plans to solve them

Manage customer incidents, communicating the actions taken to the hotel’s Guest Experience Department
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the role.
- Quality and customer service oriented.
- High Level of Portuguese and English.
- Knowledge of F&B service as well as knowledge of food handling, hygiene and food safety.
- Proactivity for excellence and high capacity in planning and organisation.
