Mission: Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring professional appearance, discipline, and efficient service delivery. Support the F&B Director in maintaining food and beverage standards, promoting sales, and enhancing the guest experience through high-quality service and innovative bar offerings.

 

What will you have to do?

  • Oversee bar operations, including product management, inventory control, supplier coordination, and compliance with service standards.
  • Plan and rotate bar menus, ensuring seasonal relevance and alignment with brand identity.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and functionality of bar equipment, utensils, and facilities.
  • Serve guests, prepare drinks according to brand recipes, and suggest menu items to enhance the customer experience.
  • Coordinate special bar setups for events and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor product consumption, place orders via SAP, and ensure optimal stock levels based on rotation and demand.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in bar or restaurant management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and current beverage trends.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory systems and SAP is desirable.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; a third language is a plus.
