Mission: Support the Bar Manager in the daily supervision of bar operations and the bar team, ensuring professional standards, efficient service, and an exceptional guest experience. Contribute to maintaining food and beverage quality, promoting sales, and delivering innovative bar offerings aligned with the ME brand standards.
What will you have to do?

Supervise daily bar operations in line with service standards and brand guidelines, supporting the Bar Manager.

Coordinate and support the bar team, ensuring professionalism and service excellence.

Assist with inventory control, product management, supplier coordination, and stock rotation.

Support bar menu planning and rotation, ensuring seasonal relevance and brand alignment.

Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of bar equipment and work areas.P

repare and serve drinks according to brand recipes, actively enhancing the guest experience.

Support bar setups for events and collaborate with other departments.
What are we looking for?

2–3 years’ experience in a bar or restaurant environment, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.

Strong team coordination and communication skills.

Solid knowledge of bar operations, mixology, and beverage trends.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience with inventory systems;
-
Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are an advantage.
