ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel located in the heart of the city, renowned for its modern design, vibrant lifestyle, and excellent service. We create unique and memorable experiences for both business and leisure travelers, and we are now looking for someone eager to join this dynamic energy.
Mission: As Breakfast Manager, you will oversee the breakfast experience at ME Lisbon, ensuring that service, quality, and presentation meet our highest standards. You will lead your team with energy, maintain operational excellence, and create a welcoming environment for our guests.
What will you have to do?
- Plan, organize, and supervise all breakfast operations to ensure efficiency and high service standards.
- Lead, motivate, and train the breakfast team, promoting collaboration and excellence.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and safety standards at all times.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and implement improvements when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the overall guest experience.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in F&B, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills and a passion for service excellence.
- High proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Solid knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and operational management.
- Ability to work early mornings and flexible shifts as required.
