Misión del puesto: Tu rol es clave para mantener la operatividad, seguridad y eficiencia de los activos del hotel. Este rol es vital para garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones técnicas y legales, gestionar de manera eficiente los presupuestos de mantenimiento y energía, y liderar la implementación de planes de seguridad y mantenimiento preventivo. Su contribución es esencial para el éxito y la sostenibilidad del hotel.

¿Qué tendrás que hacer?

• Supervisar y coordinar todas las operaciones de ingeniería del hotel para asegurar el cumplimiento de las normativas técnicas y legales.
• Gestionar el presupuesto del departamento y supervisar la compra y uso de materiales técnicos.
• Liderar la implementación y supervisión del Plan de Mantenimiento Preventivo y las regulaciones de seguridad.
• Coordinar la respuesta a auditorías, incidentes y evaluaciones de riesgo, además de gestionar proyectos de inversión menores y supervisar a proveedores externos.

¿Qué buscamos?

• Al menos 2-3 años de experiencia en un puesto similar dentro del sector hotelero.
• Nivel avanzado de portugués e inglés.
• Título universitario en Ingeniería.
• Profundo conocimiento en todos los aspectos del mantenimiento hotelero.
• Habilidades para manejar herramientas de eficiencia energética.
• Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, gestión de personal y toma de decisiones.
• Capacidad para preparar y administrar presupuestos.
• Orientación hacia la prevención, la eficiencia energética, la calidad y el servicio al cliente.
