Job Mission: The Cultural Programmer is in charge of defining, implementing and promoting the cultural programme in the hotel, organising events and activities that merge destination and hotel, always committing to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction.

 

What will you have to do?

 

  • Define, implement and coordinate the cultural programme in the hotel, organising events and activities that merge destination and hotel, and always committing to customer satisfaction excellence
  • Negotiate with different artists and professionals to bring a variety of local culture to the hotel, according to the brand strategy
  • Coordinate the optimal promotion of the cultural programme for both internal and external customers, ensuring its full promotion in the established channels
  • Coordinate with the Food and Beverage Department a gastronomic offer for the cultural events and activities held
  • Coordinate with the rest of the hotel's operational departments to guarantee the success of scheduled cultural events and activities
  • Monitor, analyse and control the financial results derived from the cultural programme, with the aim of optimising them
  • Be knowledgeable of the different customer experience management tools as well as the Voice of the Customer results, complying with the defined improvement plans

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Cultural knowledge in different arts
  • Knowledge of the hotel's operations
  • High level of Portuguese and English
  • Excellent knowledge of the destination
  • Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud would be a plus
  • Similar experience in Guest Experience/Events department
  • Vocation for service, high orientation to the luxury segment
