Mission: As Food & Beverage Director at ME Lisbon, you will be fully responsible for the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and strong brand consistency across all outlets, while delivering an innovative and distinctive lifestyle dining experience aligned with the ME by Meliá brand.
What will you have to do?

Lead and oversee the entire Food & Beverage operation, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

Define and execute the F&B strategy, including culinary direction, service standards, OS&E and FF&E.

Ensure financial performance and profitability through budget control, pricing strategy, P&L analysis, and corrective action plans.

Manage relationships with F&B operators and external partners, ensuring contract compliance, performance monitoring, and marketing alignment.

Define and implement the F&B marketing and PR strategy in line with brand guidelines, while managing guest experience and incidents.

Lead, develop, and recruit F&B teams, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and HACCP standards and supporting continuous improvement.
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar leadership role within Food & Beverage.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of F&B financial management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP regulations.
- Proven leadership and people management skills, with strong communication abilities.
- Proactive, results‑driven professional with excellent planning, organisation, and problem‑solving skills.
