ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel located in the heart of Lisbon, known for its modern design and excellent service. It offers a unique experience for both business and leisure travelers.

 

Your mission: Responsible for assisting guests upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure, while upholding the brand's service standards.

 

What You Will Do

 

  • Ensure that guests receive a welcome and farewell according to brand standards.

  • Assist guests by opening and closing car doors, hotel doors, and elevators.

  • Help guests secure taxi service.

  • Ensure the hotel entrance is staffed at all times.

  • Provide guests with information on points of interest, nearby areas, hotel services, and exits.

  • Keep the hotel entrance and lobby clean and organized.

  • Ensure that guests receive all information about hotel services and amenities upon check-in.

  • Stay informed about daily events, groups, VIPs, etc.

  • Maintain constant communication with the front desk.

  • Respond to any guest complaints or concerns.


What We Are Looking For

 

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the role.
  • High level of Portuguese and advanced English
  • Hospitality degree.
  • Quality and customer service oriented.
