Mission: Ensure seamless coordination between Housekeeping, Front Office and guests, supporting daily operations through strong administrative organization and guest-focused service, while upholding ME Lisbon’s luxury standards.

 

What will you have to do?

 

  • Act as a liaison between Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth room operations.
  • Manage and follow up on guest requests, special requirements, and feedback related to rooms, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide administrative support to the Housekeeping department and supervision team (schedules, reports, documentation).
  • Support the Housekeeping supervision team in coordinating daily operational priorities and service recovery when needed.Monitor room readiness and service quality, following up on identified issues with supervisors and operational teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Rooms Division, enhancing processes and guest experience.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Housekeeping, Rooms Division, Guest Service, or hotel operations.
  • Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Guest‑oriented mindset, with the ability to manage requests and feedback professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑departmentally.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
