Mission: As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure that cleanliness, presentation, and comfort across the hotel meet ME Lisbon’s highest luxury standards. You will lead by example, supporting your team and guaranteeing an exceptional environment for both guests and colleagues.

 

What will you have to do?

 

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
  • Coordinate and lead the housekeeping team, promoting motivation, accountability, and high performance.
  • Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times.
  • Conduct regular inspections and address any quality issues promptly.
  • Manage guest requests and feedback professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office and other departments to optimize the guest experience.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within Housekeeping, preferably in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong leadership skills with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of cleaning standards, procedures, and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
