ME Lisbon is a luxury hotel that is part of the prestigious Meliá Hotels International chain. Located in the heart of Lisbon, our hotel offers a unique and sophisticated experience, combining avant-garde design with exceptional service for our guests.
Mission: The Management Assistant Trainee will be responsible for supporting the hotel's management team in administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the efficiency of internal processes. This position is essential for ensuring coordination between departments and continuous improvement of administrative procedures.
What You'll Have to Do:
- Support administrative and operational management: Ensure the efficiency of internal processes.
- Perform administrative tasks: Related to planning, result analysis, and support to hotel departments.
- Organize and attend meetings: Both strategic and operational.
- Improve administrative procedures: Propose and implement optimization suggestions.
- Coordinate between departments: Ensure alignment with management directives.
- Monitor internal audits: Support the implementation of corrective measures and manage internal communication.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Administration, Management, or similar areas.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of hotel management and operation of hotel units. Familiarity with technological tools applied to hospitality (PMS, Excel, ERP, CRM). Ability to interpret operational indicators and support priority management in a dynamic environment.
- Behavioral Skills: Sense of responsibility, proactivity, communication and interpersonal relationship skills, team spirit, attention to detail, and orientation towards service excellence. Ability to adapt and deal with different stakeholders.
- Languages: Fluent Portuguese and advanced English (other languages are an advantage).
- No previous professional experience required, but experience in administrative roles or hospitality will be valued.
